Regalis Capital is a buy-side acquisition advisory firm. We help buyers acquire businesses ranging from $100K to $5M+, primarily through SBA 7(a) lending, though we also work with unsecured and conventional financing options depending on the deal. Our team supports buyers through every stage of the acquisition process — from identifying the right business to structuring the deal and closing.

Who We Serve

We work with first-time buyers, career changers, and entrepreneurs looking to acquire an existing business rather than start from scratch. Our clients are typically acquiring businesses in the $100K to $5M range using SBA lending, and they value having an advisory team that understands both the financial structuring and the operational realities of business ownership.

Our Approach

Every acquisition we advise on follows a disciplined process:

• Deal Sourcing & Vetting: In 2025, we sourced over 171,000 deals and presented 4,124 full deal packages to our clients. We do the heavy lifting on sourcing and vetting so buyers can focus on the opportunities that actually fit.
• Deal Structuring: We structure acquisitions to minimize out-of-pocket capital while maintaining strong debt service coverage. Most deals use SBA 7(a) financing, with the structure tailored to each deal — some run 85% SBA with a 10% seller note and 5% equity injection, others might be 60% SBA with a 35% seller note and 5% injection. We also work with unsecured and conventional lending when the deal calls for it.
• Due Diligence & Closing: We coordinate the full due diligence process including financial verification, lease review, and lender coordination to get deals closed. In 2025, we had $43.5M in deals moving through closing.
