What We Do

Regalis Capital is a buy-side acquisition advisory firm that helps buyers find, value, and close small business acquisitions. We work across all kinds of small business deals, from $100K to $5M and up. SBA 7(a) lending is the most common way our clients finance these acquisitions, and we also work with seller financing, unsecured, and conventional options depending on the deal. Our team supports buyers through every stage of the process, from identifying the right business to structuring the deal and closing.

Our Approach

Every acquisition we advise on follows a disciplined process:

Deal Sourcing & Vetting: Our team reviews upwards of 20,000 deals a month across brokers, business-for-sale marketplaces, and off-market channels. We do the heavy lifting on sourcing and vetting so buyers can focus on the opportunities that actually fit.
Deal Structuring: We structure acquisitions to minimize out-of-pocket capital while maintaining strong debt service coverage. SBA 7(a) financing is the most common path, with the structure tailored to each deal. We also work with seller financing, unsecured, and conventional lending when the deal calls for it.
Due Diligence & Closing: We coordinate the full due diligence process, including financial verification, lease review, and lender coordination, to get deals closed.
